Day Four…Wednesday

Today was Fabric Run Day! We hit a lot of fabric stores and had a great day! I think I was at the point where I just automatically got in the car and got out when they told me to!

We started out at Cedar Lane Dry Goods, then hit Zooks Fabrics and then onto Old Country Store where I found the most amazing green leaf fabric! Can’t wait to make another bag with it.

Then on to Dutchland Quilt Patch, Gena’s Quilt Shop and Log Cabin Quilts Shop! These ladies can shop!!

We hit Deaners for lunch – oh boy was that good — so tempting to go with the buffet but I was wise and ordered their chicken sandwich – it was delicious!

After regrouping with food, we headed out for Kings where I purchased a great looking shelf/quilt holder for my studio and a great wrought iron bar to hang my quilt on in my living room – the prices were unbelievable! Definitely want to go back there someday!

We made it back home and using my new tool, we blinged out our new bags in the evening! Of course then we sewed some more while enjoying some nice wine.

And yes, it was another late night!
